Fees and other charges for BFA/PC
(As proposed to the Administration for revision)

Students shall be required to pay the college dues at the following rates:

Girls Hostel Charges will be as per the charges fixed by the

Hostel of Chandigarh College of Architecture, Sector-11, Chandigarh

Note : (i)The revision in the college dues specified in the prospectus and/or subsequently added dues at any stage by the competent authority shall be chargeable from the students. The dues are charged half-yearly and payable in full by the students by the 10th of the month in which they fall due. In the case of non-payment of the dues by the due date a fine of Rs. 10/- per day shall be imposed for a maximum period of 15 days after which the student’s name  will be struck off from the College Rolls. If the due date happen to be holiday(s) the payment may be made on the next following working day along-with fine up-to the date of actual payment at the rate herein before specified In exceptional cases, Principal may allow late deposit of fees without fine. ( ii) for good and sufficient reasons the Principal may extend the time for payment so as not to exceed 30 days from the due date with or without fine. (iii) if a student fails to pay his subscription by the due date or by the extended date his/her name shall be liable to be struck off the from the college/hostel roll. (iv) the defaulter shall be entitled to an opportunity of being heard before his name is struck off the rolls. (v) . He/she can only be re-admitted with the permission of the Principal and by paying the maximum fine of Rs. 500.( clauses of this note added as per Student Fund Rules-2007 of the College)
